The importance of accessible health products on the college campus is a critical component to the healthy lifestyle of any student. The role of the Student Health Advisory Committee is to advocate for the general health of the student body by cooperation with the University Health Center to facilitate a number of action projects. My group was tasked with the installation of a vending machine that could provide easily accessible medications and various wellness products. This project was the culmination of many months of collaboration between the Student Health Advisory Committee, the Health Center, The Duck Store, and the management of the ERB Memorial Union on campus. I was responsible for facilitating these meetings and coordinating with my group to delegate tasks. Everything from the location of the machine, the contents, and branding had to be addressed. The machine is now available on the bottom floor of the ERB Memorial Union at the University of Oregon in a location that is just as accessible as it is discreet.
